How to Qualify for Medical Marijuana

Our physician is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and Michigan. That means that you can meet with the doctor without having to leave your home. From your smartphone or computer patients can meet with the doctor to renew or obtain their Medical Marijuana Card. 

Our Michigan location offers In Person visits as well as Telemedicine. 

Each state has individual qualifying conditions and each have their separate registry process.

Michigan Qualifying Conditions

The State of Michigan has established a list of approved conditions to qualify for the Medical Marijuana Program. To qualify for use of medical marijuana, a patient must be suffering from one or more of the following debilitating conditions: 



HIV/AIDS Positive

Hepatitis C

Nail Patella 

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Crohn’s Disease

Agitation of Alzheimer’s Disease

Post - Traumatic Stress Disorder

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder


Rheumatoid Arthritis

Spinal Cord Injury


Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Ulcerative Colitis

Parkinson’s Disease

Tourette’s Disease


Chronic Pain

Cerebral Palsy

A chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition or its treatment that produces 1 or more of the following:

Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome

Severe and Chronic Pain

Severe Nausea

Seizures (Including but not limited to those characteristic of epilepsy)

Severe and Persistent Muscle Spasms (Including but not limited to those characteristic of multiple sclerosis)

Ohio Qualifying Conditions

Certified physicians may recommend medical marijuana only for the treatment of a qualifying medical condition.

Under Ohio law, all of the following are qualifying medical conditions:


Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis 

Alzheimer’s Disease 


Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy 

Crohn’s Disease 

Epilepsy or another Seizure Disorder 



Hepatitis C

Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Pain that is either Chronic and Severe or Intractable 

Parkinson’s Disease

Sickle Cell Anemia

Spinal Cord Disease or Injury
